Artificial intelligence is one of four main drivers set to dominate 2018-20 that will positively affect business growth per the World Economic Forum (WEC) 2018 report. Machines and algorithms in the workplace are set to create 133 million new roles (WEC).

Jobs in emerging professions are set to increase its share of employment from 16% to 27% of the total employee base. Information cited from WEC's The Future of Jobs Report, 2018.

The average salary for AI is $121k annually per Payscale. A machine learning engineer’s salary is $142,855, per the job listing site Indeed.com.

Master's in AI courses will address the increasing role of artificial intelligence in nearly all aspects of human life, including health care, medical diagnosis, new drug discovery, business intelligence, data analytics, customer behavior prediction, robotics in manufacturing and human assistance, autonomous vehicles, including drones and self-driving cars, and beyond. The Artificial Intelligence program requires students to complete a total of 34 credit hours prior to graduation. Students may select one or more areas of specialization, in which case, the student will need to take at least three courses in each area(s) selected.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or recognized international institution.
  • Recommended cumulative undergraduate GPA of 2.90 or higher

    • In 250 – 500 words, detail why you are seeking this degree, how you expect to apply your degree to your professional career after graduation and why you seek to pursue your degree through University of Bridgeport.
